Woodheads are an established firm of Chartered Surveyors who offer a professional but personal service and for peace of mind we would bring the following to your attention:

We are part of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) and are approved to hold tenants bonds etc via the Dispute Resolution Service further details of which can be obtained from www.thedisputeservice.co.uk
Energy Performance Certificates are held for all our managed properties, copies of which are available on request.
We retain and utilise an approved list of contractors whom are able to deal with day to day maintenance and repairs, both quickly and efficiently.
Woodheads are RICS regulated with all clients monies held in a designated Clients Account to prevent any misappropriation.

If you are interested in applying to take a residential tenancy on one of our properties listed, the process is as follows:

Contact the office to arrange a viewing. All our viewings are carried out by a member of staff who will be able to assist you with any queries you may have about the property
If you are interested in continuing with the application process following a successful viewing we will require the following:

Deposit – we would require a one off administration fee of £100 (which is none refundable should your application not progress), and half of the bond required on the property
Employers Reference and current bank reference
Return of Forms to enable a credit check to be carried out.

Once all checks are complete and satisfactory you would need to come in to the office to sign your tenancy agreement and pay the remainder of your bond and your first months rent, on receipt of which keys can be released.
